Fish has numerous health benefits that can be very beneficial for a person with diabetes. This food is a must in diabetes food list.

  • Take 1kg fish.
  • & add 11/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder.
  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1tsp coriander powder.
  • 1tsp garam masala.
  • 1tsp roasted cumin powder.
  • 1tsp black pepper powder.
  • 1tsp chaat masala.
  • 2-3tsp mustard oil.
Add Spices
  • Mix well.

  • 2tbspn gram flour or besan & mix well.
  • Marinate for 15-20 mins approx.

  • Shallow fry in hot oil on medium flame.
Fish fry
  • Cook each side until golden brown.

  • Take out on paper towel when done.
  • Fry all in similar way.
  • Ready to testy fry fish.
